1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been marked as “Shipped” and the tracking information has been generated, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Include your details: In the email, please provide your full name, the email address used for the order, and the order number you wish to cancel.

Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled before shipping:I You will receive a full refund of the total order amount, including any shipping charges.
Refund Processing Time:I The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank’s policies.

4. Order Cancellation by surieco.in

surieco.in reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

Product Unavailability: If the ordered item is out of stock or no longer available.
Payment Issues: If there are issues with the payment, such as payment authorization failures.
Incorrect Information: If the customer provides incomplete or incorrect shipping or contact information.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to any other unforeseen circumstances, such as logistics issues or natural disasters.

In the event that we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., change the quantity or product), you can request a cancellation and place a new order. We cannot modify orders once they are placed to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
